We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who takes pride in running a strong operation, developing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role is ideal for a performance-driven leader who understands restaurant operations, controls costs, and builds a positive, accountable team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure brand standards are met


• Manage labor, food costs, and inventory


• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members


• Maintain excellent food quality, cleanliness, and guest service


• Analyze sales performance and drive profitability


• Execute marketing initiatives and community outreach


• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a restaurant environment


• Strong understanding of food and labor cost control


• Ability to read and interpret P&L statements


• Strong communication and coaching skills


• Ability to work evenings and weekends


• Results-driven mindset with high accountability

Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate coachability, responsibility, and a desire to grow.
