Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Caldwell, ID, for a Rotational Molding Plant Operations Leader. The Operations Leader will oversee daily operations of the rotational molding process, including managing production schedules, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. They will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team, optimizing processes for operational efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various departments to meet production goals.

- Experience and expertise in rotational molding processes, production management, and operational efficiency
- Team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Knowledge of quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving abilities and process optimization skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
- A background in plastics manufacturing or related industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
