The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas seeks a Rotating Aquatics Director to learn and deliver aquatics programs across our branches. You will shadow large and small branches, train staff, and assist with events while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.
Responsibilities include covering as acting Aquatics Director as vacancies arise, supporting Aquatics Coordinators, and helping with Swimposiums and other association functions.
