Smurfit WestRock seeks a Rotary Die Cut Assistant Operator to support high-speed corrugated packaging production in a safety-first, performance-driven plant. In this role, you’ll assist the lead operator with machine setup, roll changes, board alignment, quality checks, and basic troubleshooting to meet production schedules. You will monitor equipment, remove finished product, complete production and quality documentation, and follow 5S and housekeeping standards.
Success in this role requires attention to detail, ability to read production specifications, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement and sustainability goals.
