Leading the end-to-end Major Customer Events process, the full-time Global Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Leader will ensure technical rigor and operational efficiency in addressing high-impact customer quality issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage and facilitate problem-solving for Major Customer Events, ensuring RCA closure within 90 days Act as the primary coach for RCA Leaders, promoting proficiency in methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma Track progress and share learnings through regular RCA review calls with cross-functional teams Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience Significant practical experience in Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, or heavy industrial sectors Demonstrated experience leading complex root cause investigations and systemic quality improvement initiatives Proven mentoring and coaching abilities to motivate and inspire teams Experience with data governance and data-driven decision making
