What You’ll Do
- Run In-Home Deals: Drive to pre-set appointments, get up on roofs, run specs, and close jobs on the spot.
- Be the Local Expert: Walk homeowners through solid roofing and solar fixes, solid warranties, and straight answers—no corporate double-talk.
- Work Your Neighborhoods: Build your own extra cash by talking to neighbors around active job sites to land high-paying self-generated deals.
What You Need
- 2+ Years in Trades / In-Home Sales: Real experience selling residential roofing, solar, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical in the field—not sitting behind a retail counter.
- Proven Close Rate: Self-driven, organized enough to log notes in HubSpot, and equipped with a clear, reliable sales process.
