You get paid twice:
1) Commission on every job as you produce it (paid as the work progresses, not held for a quarterly true-up).
2) A second check when the company sells 10% of everything your registered accounts produced in our final 12 months. A $1M book = a $100,000 payout. No cap.
This is a 1099, uncapped seat for closers who own their book not a salary desk job.
