Compensation
- $25-$35 per hour depending on experience
- Performance bonuses twice annually
- Advancement opportunities into higher leadership roles
- Minimum 7+ years of roofing or construction experience
- Experience in all phases of roofing, including:
- Tile roofing
- Shingle systems
- Foam roofing
- Metal roofing
- Walk decks
- Strong understanding of repairs, service, and full system installations
- Lead and supervise roofing crews
- Diagnose and repair roofing issues across multiple systems
- Ensure all projects meet safety and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Protect property and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Travel to job sites as required
- Train and mentor crew members
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in Arizona weather conditions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
