- Communicate with supervisor any material, equipment, or other needs
- Adhere to all OHSA safety guidelines
- Maintain clean and orderly project sites
- Knowledge of roofing materials, products, and techniques
- Work as a part of a team
- Be able to take constructive criticism with a growth mindset
