Roofing District Sales Manager

District Sales Manager Reports to: Regional Sales Leader

The District Sales Manager is primarily responsible for promoting and selling the entire mix of Polyglass products in their territory while developing relationships with distribution, consultants, contractors, and architects. In addition to meeting a monthly budgeted sales plan, the DSM helps forecast trends and acquire competitive information.

Maintain existing sales and grow additional sales at the current customer base, under the direction of the Regional Sales Leader (RSL) Meet the assigned sales budget for the district Attend regular sales and strategy events with key distribution partners Actively prospect new distributors, contractors, and specifiers Explore project leads and opportunities in the assigned geographical sales district Report on product problems, competitive activities, and new sales opportunities at existing accounts in the sales district Manage projects and achieve desired results efficiently and on time Analyze data and prepare reports Provide timely reports from the field

Two to five years of industry experience as a sales representative, or any equivalent combination of related training and experience Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or the equivalent

This position is remote with travel Extensive travel to various customers is required Intermittent travel to various facilities Travel A minimum of 25% travel is required, specifically within the sales district.
