TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a skilled Press Rollstand Operator to support our Manufacturing & Production team in a fast-paced environment. The Operator will set up, load, and align paper rolls, monitor web tension, and ensure smooth, safe press operation.
Responsibilities include performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting roll feed issues, minimizing waste and downtime, and following strict quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a manufacturing or print environment, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on a high-performance production team.
