Roll Off Dumpster Truck Driver
Roll-Off Drivers are responsible for transportation of open top containers to various construction sites and disposal sites. Roll-Off Drivers will need to navigate driveways, alleyways, job sites and traffic filled roadways. The roll-off truck driver will maintain a clean truck, interact well with others, provide quality customer service and follow safety policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Class A or B Commercial Truck Driver.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to operate manual transmission.
- Good work history.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally with dispatch, supervisors and customers.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver and empty construction site dumpsters.
- Verify and communicate to dispatch the types of materials being transported and ensuring that they do not exceed weight restrictions.
- Perform thorough vehicle inspection prior to start and end of shift.
- Promptly reporting any accidents, injuries or mechanical faults to management.
- Maintaining accurate driver logs.
- Complying with all safety rules and regulations.
- Communicate any customer requests with dispatch.

Position Type and Hours of Work
- Full time.
- Overtime available.
- Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.
Physical Demands
- Hooking up to and disengaging from dumpster.
- Opening and closing large dumpster doors.
- Maneuvering through landfills and job sites.
- Climbing in and out of large trucks.
- Driving local and home every night.
- Must pass a drug screening.
