Roll Form OperatorShift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday Hours: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM Pay: Weekly Competitive PayJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Roll Form Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating roll forming equipment, feeding metal coils through production machinery, monitoring product quality, and making adjustments to ensure parts meet required specifications.The ideal candidate has manufacturing or metal fabrication experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate roll forming machinery according to production work ordersInstall and align rollers, dies, guides, and other tooling using hand toolsFeed steel or aluminum coils into the roll forming lineMonitor machine speed, alignment, feeding, and coolant levels during productionAdjust machine controls and HMI settings as neededInspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and check fixturesMonitor products for defects such as scratches, twisting, bowing, or improper dimensionsMake tooling or machine adjustments to maintain product quality and minimize scrapPerform routine machine maintenance and clear basic jams or malfunctionsReport equipment issues requiring additional repairsOperate forklifts or overhead cranes to safely move and load heavy metal coilsRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, rolling mills, or heavy machinery preferredExperience operating production machinery is a plusAbility to read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and production specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to use measuring tools such as calipers and gaugesAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work in varying weather and temperature conditionsWhy Work With Surge?Weekly PayDirect DepositUnlimited $400 Referral BonusesHealth, Dental & Vision BenefitsHoliday PayEmployee Incentive ProgramsEmployee of the Month ProgramsFree Skills TrainingFlexible Opportunities
