Robotics Trained Urologist

Northern Westchester Hospital, part of Northwell Health, is seeking a Robotics trained Urologist to join their expanding urological health services. This role involves diagnosing and treating urological conditions using advanced robotic-assisted surgical techniques in a state-of-the-art surgical environment. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced medical professionals to deliver high-level patient care in Mount Kisco, New York.

Practice Info

• State-of-the-art surgical environment
• Utilizes Aquablation®, an image-guided, automated robotic therapy for lower urinary tract symptoms from BPH
• Utilizes the da Vinci Surgical System® for precise motion in tiny incisions
• Conducts numerous clinical trials
• Part of Northwell Health's Arthur Smith Institute for Urology, which has seen tremendous growth
• Physicians are also faculty of the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat urological conditions using advanced robotic-assisted surgical techniques
• Deliver the highest level of patient care

Requirements

• MD Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine
• Completion of Residency with Board Certification or eligibility
• Current / eligible for NYS License
• Outstanding communication and management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and hospital management
• Must possess recent experience in generally accepted and currently used methods and techniques
