Deployment Operations SpecialistAs a Deployment Operations Specialist, you will be the connective tissue between customers, product, and engineering teams. You will ensure that our robotic systems deliver consistent value in the field, proactively resolve operational challenges, and build processes that scale. This role requires a unique mix of technical acumen, customer empathy, and operational rigor.ResponsibilitiesManage and execute operational projects from conception to pilot phases, including hands-on testing and implementation.Coordinate closely with various operational teams, including internal teams and external vendors.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement training programs for operational staff.Propose solutions when experiencing project blockers.Organize and manage the inventory stock in the lab for pilot and R&D testingCustomer Site Operations: Oversee daily operations at customer locations, ensuring robotic systems function reliably and meet service expectationsPerformance Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present operational performance metrics (e.g., task success rates, system health) for regular reviews.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-2 years of experience in logistics or operations preferred.Previous experience working as a project manager or supervisor.Familiarity with technology and/or robotics in an operational setting.Valid US driver's license and ability to drive a car when necessary.Work EnvironmentThis role is based on-site in Austin, TX and involves working in an R&D Testing lab to help internal teams create standardization for new pilots. The position may require occasional heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs with another person) and carrying boxes when supporting offsite activities such as testing. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
