What You’ll Do
- Work closely with customers to understand their robotics workflows, technical needs, and deployment goals
- Design tailored solution architectures across data collection, simulation, synthetic data, and evaluation workflows
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical plans and implementation strategies
- Partner with engineering and product teams to scope, refine, and deliver customer-facing solutions
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey, from early discovery to solution rollout and iteration
- Help shape repeatable solution playbooks for key robotics and embodied AI use cases
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, robotics systems, or AI infrastructure
- Hands‑on understanding of robotics systems, embodied AI workflows, or simulation‑based development
- Strong ability to break down complex customer needs and turn them into practical technical solutions
- Comfortable with Python, scripting, or simulation tools; this is not a heavy coding role, but technical fluency is important
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with both customer technical teams and internal engineering teams
- Advanced degree in robotics, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related field is a plus
