Read below for more information!What You'll Do as the Robotic Welding Operator:Program, set up, and maintain robotic welding systems to support productionDevelop and proof welding programs for first-article and ongoing production runsOptimize welding paths, cycle times, and processes to improve efficiency and qualityCollaborate with engineers, operators, and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvementsTrain and support operators by sharing technical knowledge and best practicesPerform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on robotic welding equipmentMonitor weld quality and ensure all products meet engineering specifications and standardsCommunicate technical issues with management and external vendors as neededWhat You Need to Bring Robotic Welding Operator:3–5 years of robotic welding experience with relevant certificationHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentProficiency with robotic welding platforms (e.g., FANUC, ABB, or Yaskawa)Experience with programming tools such as RobotMaster or Motoman/Yaskawa systemsStrong understanding of welding processes, parameters, and quality standardsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawingsMechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to pass internal weld testing and perform visual inspections of weld qualityThis company offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage.
