Robotic WelderRothschild, Wisconsin, United StatesAbout the JobAbout the Role: The 2nd Shift Robotic Welder is responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding systems to produce high-quality metal components in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on automated welding processes, equipment setup, and quality control while supporting production goals during second shift operations.Responsibilities:Operate robotic welding equipment to perform MIG and automated welds on metal componentsSet up, program, and adjust robotic weld parameters to meet production specificationsInspect welded parts to ensure quality standards and tolerances are metTroubleshoot welding equipment and resolve minor mechanical or programming issuesLoad and unload materials and maintain consistent production flowPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipmentFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience with robotic welding, MIG welding, or automated manufacturing equipmentAbility to read blueprints and welding symbolsKnowledge of welding processes, materials, and quality inspection methodsBasic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work second shift and meet production demandsDesired Qualifications:Experience with robotic programming systems such as Fanuc or ABBWelding certification or technical trainingExperience in a high-volume manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
