Robotic Welding TechnicianEducational Qualifications and Experience:Trade school or technical training preferredPrevious experience operating robotic welding equipment requiredWelding experience with MIG and/or TIG processesKnowledge and Skills:Ability to understand and apply welding processes and techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and work instructionsExperience working with different materials and weld requirementsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to use basic welding and fabrication toolsGood communication skills and ability to work effectively with a teamBasic mechanical troubleshooting skills preferredEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Set up and operate robotic welding equipment according to work instructionsLoad and unload parts, fixtures, and toolingMonitor welding operations to ensure quality and production requirements are metPerform inspections of completed welds and identify quality concernsMake adjustments to equipment and processes as neededPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on robotic welding equipmentMaintain a clean and safe work areaComplete other duties as assignedBenefits:Paid holidaysVacationHealth, dental, and vision insurance plans401k retirement plan with company matchOvertime available1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 3:30am
