Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Robotic Welder to operate and maintain automated welding cells in our precision sheet metal facility in Alto, GA. In this role, you will load and fixture parts, monitor robotic weld operations, adjust parameters, and inspect weld quality to meet tight tolerances and customer specs. You’ll read blueprints and weld symbols, complete basic robot touch-ups, perform routine maintenance, and document production data.
Working in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment, you’ll support continuous improvement and grow your technical welding and automation skills.
