We know defense and we know aircraft systems.The Robotic Welder II independently operates and performs basic setup and adjustments to robotic welding equipment. This role ensures quality and efficiency while troubleshooting minor issues.Essential Job Functions:Set up robotic welding cells, including fixturing and material preparationOperate equipment independently to meet production goalsPerform in-process inspections using measuring tools and weld gaugesMake minor program adjustments and parameter changesTroubleshoot routine equipment and weld quality issuesTrain and support Robotic Welder I employeesMaintain accurate production and quality recordsSupport other production areas as neededAssist in general shop housekeeping and material handlingPerform other related duties to support manufacturing operationsSchedule:The standard schedule consists of 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday or 12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday.
