Ace Wire Spring & Form Co. is seeking a Robot Operator for a hands-on role working directly with robotic equipment and production machinery on our manufacturing floor. Responsibilities include equipment setup, teardown, operation, programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting to support production. This is an active manufacturing position, not a desk-based coding or software development role.
We are looking for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy working with machinery and tools. Experience with robotics, CNC equipment, lathes, power tools, or tool and die work is valuable.
