Robotic Machine OperatorWe are hiring a Robotic Machine Operator for a hands-on, technical manufacturing position. This is not a passive machine-monitoring job. You will be actively involved in setting up, operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting multi-axis robotic equipment to produce quality parts.The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with advanced manufacturing equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate multi-axis robotic machineryPrepare equipment for production runs and changeoversLoad materials and components into machinesMonitor machine operation and make adjustments as neededTroubleshoot equipment and production issuesIdentify and correct problems that affect production or qualityVerify finished products meet specifications and quality standardsFollow work instructions, drawings, and production specificationsMake adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain accuracyPerform basic equipment checks and routine maintenanceMaintain accurate production and quality documentationKeep the work area clean, organized, and safeFollow all safety procedures and company standardsWork independently while contributing to overall production goalsQualificationsPrevious machine operating, CNC, robotic, manufacturing, or technical production experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with machinery and technical equipmentStrong attention to detailAbility to learn equipment setup and operating proceduresAbility to read and follow written instructionsGood math and measurement skillsAbility to identify and troubleshoot production issuesDependable and self-motivatedStrong commitment to quality and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team
