Robot Welder

Robot WelderWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Robot Welder to join our welding team. This role is responsible for operating a robotic welding machine, inspecting weld quality, and handling the welding of heavy cylinders and metal components. Ideal candidates will have experience in robotic or manual welding and an understanding of quality control, safety, and continuous improvement processes.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor robotic welding machinesPerform quality checks on welds to ensure accuracy and structural integrityWeld heavy cylinders and other metal components to exact specificationsSelect, measure, cut, and join metals using appropriate welding methodsPrepare metal surfaces and parts for welding (grinding, cleaning, clamping, etc.)Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols as neededMaintain welding equipment and tools in proper working orderMaintain accurate records of production and inspection resultsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesFollow all company safety guidelines and PPE requirementsRequirements:Previous experience operating robotic welding machines preferredFamiliarity with MIG welding and working with heavy metalsBasic understanding of metal fabrication and weld quality inspectionAbility to read technical drawings and use measuring toolsMechanically inclined with strong attention to detailAbility to stand, lift, bend, and work with heavy materials throughout the shiftStrong work ethic and reliabilityCommitment to safety and quality standardsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay and consistent hoursOpportunities for training and advancementSafe and team-oriented work environmentAll required PPE providedOpportunity to grow in robotic and manual welding skills
