FANUC Robot Programmer – Contract OpportunityGableTek is seeking up to three experienced FANUC Robot Programmers for an upcoming automation project in Marshall, Michigan. This project is scheduled to begin in mid-July and is expected to last approximately four weeks, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience programming, troubleshooting, and supporting FANUC robotic systems in manufacturing and automation environments.ResponsibilitiesProgram, modify, and optimize FANUC robot applicationsTroubleshoot robot, process, and production issuesPerform robot touch-ups, recoveries, and path modificationsSupport system commissioning, startup, and production launch activitiesWork closely with controls engineers, electricians, and manufacturing teamsVerify robot functionality, cycle times, and process qualityDocument programming changes and project updatesFollow all customer and site safety requirementsRequired QualificationsProven experience programming FANUC robots in an industrial environmentExperience with robot troubleshooting and production supportAbility to perform robot touch-ups and process adjustmentsExperience with robotic cell commissioning and startup activitiesAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and process documentationStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred ExperienceAutomotive manufacturing experienceSpot welding, MIG welding, material handling, assembly, or sealing applicationsFANUC HandlingTool, SpotTool, ArcTool, or PaintTool experiencePLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)Vision system integration experience is a plusProject DetailsLocation: Marshall, MIStart: Mid-July 2026Duration: Approximately 4 weeksPotential for project extensionCompetitive hourly rates available based on experience
