This is a hands-on technical role focused on programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing robotic systems across a variety of robot platforms. The ideal candidate works independently, is comfortable on the shop floor, and can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.ResponsibilitiesPerform TCP setup, path programming, position adjustments, and touch-upsTroubleshoot and recover robots from faults and alarmsSupport offline programming and simulationCollaborate with controls and mechanical teams during machine builds and runoffsEnsure compliance with all safety procedures around automated equipmentRequirements3+ years of hands-on robot programming experienceExperience programming with one or multiple of these robots: Fanuc, KUKA, ABB, Kawasaki, Yaskawa / Motoman, ComauStrong troubleshooting and fault recovery skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferredVision system integration experience — Keyence, Cognex, Photoneo, Fanuc 3DV/3DL or comparableAbility to write programs independently from scratch — not just touch-ups and modificationsIntegration/Commissioning experienceOffline programming experienceAutomotive or machine tool manufacturing background
