Robin Kelly for Senate: Deputy Finance Director

Deputy Finance DirectorRobin Kelly for Senate is searching for a Deputy Finance Director for the 2026 election cycle to help grow and lead Congresswoman Kelly's fundraising program. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strong communicator, and team player. This position is based in Chicago, IL and will report to the Finance Director.Responsibilities:Support the campaign's call time program and team-wide systems for prospecting, providing strategic guidance as the team grows a robust outreach program.Lead the campaign's in-state fundraising program, working with the in-state consultant to set goals and supplement prospecting and event build with staff help.Staff the candidate at in-state fundraising events as needed.Oversee other projects and systems such as the campaign's acknowledgements program, compliance and database maintenance, etc.Assist the finance director as needed with national fundraising trips.Other duties as assigned, which may grow over the course of the cycle depending on the employee and campaign's needs and demonstrated strengths.Qualifications:At least two cycles/3 years of experience in political campaign fundraising, including as an internSelf-starter with a strong work ethic who is willing to work weekends and evenings in a fast-paced campaign environmentExcellent computer skills, especially Excel and Google SpreadsheetsFamiliarity with Numero, NGP, ActBlue, and call time software requiredSalary: $7,500-$9,000 per month based on experience and qualificationsRobin Kelly for Senate is an equal opportunity employer.
