Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients throughout Hunterdon County, NJ.
We are actively hiring RNs for private-duty home care assignments in Flemington, Clinton, Readington, Lebanon, High Bridge, Lambertville, and surrounding Hunterdon County communities. Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing services in the home setting
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding care plans and treatment goals
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Home care experience preferred but not required
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation strongly preferred
