Piedmont Healthcare seeks an experienced RNFA to support our cardiovascular OR (CVOR) team from 9a–9p. In this role, you will first-assist in complex cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring safe, precise, and efficient intraoperative care.
Responsibilities include preparing the OR, managing the sterile field, assisting with exposure, hemostasis, and suturing, and monitoring patient status throughout procedures. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff, support patient education and documentation, and contribute to a culture of respect, innovation, and continuous professional growth.
