RN Wound Care Lead
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex wound assessments and develop evidence-based care plans.
- Lead pressure injury prevention initiatives and serve as the primary clinical resource for wound and ostomy care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team through rounding and provide education to staff, patients, and families.
- Support quality improvement projects and promote compassionate, culturally responsive care.
