Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our consulting team. The RN will provide specialized care and recommendations for patients with wound, ostomy, and/or continence needs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with complex wound care needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding wound management.
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in wound care specialty.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- CWOCN certification preferred.
