Coordinating and delivering clinical and educational services to patients, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Telehealth RN will manage virtual care interactions, ensuring efficient care navigation and support for providers while processing patient referrals and care planning. Key responsibilities Coordinate pre-visit, during visit, and post-visit care planning for patients and providers Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, addressing various physical and emotional needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care services Required qualifications Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred; Associate or Diploma degree holders must enroll in an accredited BSN program within two years Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
