Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Double Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing operations in a Texas skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this on-site role, you will coordinate weekend staffing, guide clinical teams, oversee resident assessments and care plans, and ensure timely documentation and safe medication practices. You will respond to changes in residents’ conditions, communicate with families and interdisciplinary partners, and help maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
