We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for homecare visits, primarily during evenings and weekends . The role involves conducting quick 35-minute to 1-hour visits to provide services such as medication administration, insulin assistance, and wound care.
There Are Two Main Teams
- Intermittent Nursing Team Tier 1: requires availability for at least 4 days per week, including one weekend day, with a minimum of 32 visits weekly.
- Intermittent Nursing Team Tier 2: requires availability for 3 days per week, including one weekend day, with at least 24 visits weekly.
There is also a casual/PRN option with flexible availability.
Key responsibilities: utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; initiating and revising care plans; administering medications and treatments; monitoring patient conditions; and providing healthcare education.
Qualifications: current RN or LPN license, health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
