Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree from an accredited program, RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Key Duties: Utilize the nursing process for patient care, support a multidisciplinary team, prioritize evidence-based practices, precept new staff, and contribute to safety and quality at the bedside.
Work Environment: Involves rotating shifts of 12 hours, including day and evening rotations, at a physical inpatient setting. This role emphasizes patient-centered care with a focus on safety, quality, and professional growth.
