RN Virtual Acute Care

Role Overview

This on-site Nursing position in the Virtual Nursing department involves providing high-quality patient monitoring and care in a virtual acute care environment. The RN collaborates with onsite inpatient teams, monitors safety and quality measures, and communicates proactive interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to deliver top-of-scope care virtually.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support clinical education for competency validation.
• Monitor patient safety, intervene as needed, and communicate with onsite staff and physicians.
• Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross; certification must be valid through sixty days of hire.
