What You'll Do

• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Solve moderately complex problems and conduct analyses
• Work with minimal guidance; seek help on complex tasks
• Translate concepts into practice
• Provide explanations and information on difficult issues
• Coach, provide feedback, and guide others
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues
• Review and interpret clinical/medical records submitted from providers
• Make determinations per relevant protocols

Requirements

• **Education:** Valid RN license in Hawaii
• **Experience:** 3+ years of RN experience in an acute setting
• 3+ years of experience as an RN in utilization management preferred
• **Licenses & Certifications:** Valid RN License in Hawaii required
