Complete Care at Silver Lake is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing staff on the day shift. This full-time position requires an active RN license in Delaware and the ability to manage on-call weekend coverage.
You will supervise medication administration, perform rounds, provide education to staff, residents and families, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Supervisory experience in long-term care is preferred.
