Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results‑driven Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our 46-bed Short‑Term Rehabilitation Unit. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day clinical operations of a 46‑bed short‑term rehabilitation unit.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high‑quality resident care.
- Ensure compliance with all NYS Department of Health and CMS regulations.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, and resident satisfaction.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow.
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, residents, and families.
Qualifications
- Current NYS Registered Nurse License (RN).
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing management or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, post‑acute rehabilitation, and long‑term care regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team culture.
