Role:

RN Unit Manager at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily nursing operations within a long-term care and rehab unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Coordinate and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain quality outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate care and work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
