Seeking an Experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead a Skilled Nursing Facility in Buffalo, NY.
Responsibilities
- Supervising daily operations of the assigned unit
- Establishing and implementing employee policies and procedures
- Mentoring less experienced nurses with clinical and career guidance
- Maintaining care standards and reviewing resident records
- Monitoring overall care quality and individual resident cases
- Addressing resident and family questions or complaints
- Representing the unit’s interests with upper management
Qualifications
- Valid NYS RN License
- Preferred: 2+ years long-term care experience
- Preferred: 1+ year charge nurse experience
- Positive attitude and strong leadership qualities
- Strong computer and communication skills
