Providing critical nursing triage and health education, the full-time RN Triage Nurse will work remotely on night shifts to assess patients, direct them to appropriate care, and collaborate with Telehealth providers. Key responsibilities Utilize critical thinking skills to respond to patients in stressful and emergent situations Conduct clinical assessments and provide nursing triage to diverse patient populations Assist patients in making informed healthcare decisions and connect them to external resources Required qualifications Nursing Degree (Diploma, ADN, BSN) required Active, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of residence with the ability to obtain multi-state licensure Two to four years of clinical experience required, with a preference for hospital experience Experience in Emergency Room, EMT, or Triage settings preferred Knowledge of Hospital Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and HIPAA guidelines
