Fairview Health Services is seeking a TelePhone Triage Nurse Line Advisor Supervisor to lead the RN triage team within the Contact Center. This 1.0 FTE daytime/evening role includes every-other weekend coverage and collaboration with providers and leadership to ensure quality patient access and triage services.
Ideal candidates will have RN licensure in MN and WI with 3 years of clinic/triage experience, plus at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
