Department Details

Experienced Registered Nurses are invited to join the Solutions By Sanford team. Qualifications include:

• At least one year of experience.
• At least six months of travel experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.

Benefits

• You will be paid weekly and the stipend is included in the weekly pay rate.
• You will also be eligible for Sanford Benefits.
• Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or move to another Sanford site.

Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and appropriate age and population specific standards.
• Provide care to patients in all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, provide patient education, triage, and perform various nursing interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program, such as AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
