About This Role
As an RN in the Telemetry Unit at Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital, you will provide exceptional patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients with various medical-surgical diagnoses. This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers who excel in teamwork and direct patient interaction.

What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Evaluate, update, and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned outcomes.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
- Educate patients and families using educational materials considering cultural issues.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocol.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN, BSN)
- Experience: 1+ year of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience
- Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
