As an RN in the fast-paced 5NE Telemetry Unit at Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital, you will provide direct nursing care and interact with patients of all ages and health conditions. What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

Requirements

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required.

Experience:

• One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience required.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or ALS American Red Cross certification upon hire or within first year of employment preferred.
