Join our team as a Med/Surg Telemetry RN and experience a shift that’s a little different—12-hour nights in the vibrant city of Charlotte. You’ll work on a 26-bed Surgical Telemetry unit, handling a variety of surgical and general medical cases such as bariatric procedures, urology surgeries, GI bleeds, and more. Your role involves interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing ventilated patients, and supporting post-operative recovery, all while floating across multiple facilities within the region.
