We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Garden Spring Rehab and Care Center in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. As a RN Supervisor , you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care to our residents. About the Role:

As a RN Supervisor , you will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
• Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conducting regular rounds to assess patient care and safety
• Identifying and addressing any potential issues or concerns
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and care
• (Salary) per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision to nursing staff, including delegation, guidance, and evaluation
• Develop and implement care plans in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• (Minimum Years of Experience) years of experience as a registered nurse, with at least (Level of Education) degree in nursing
• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
