Responsibilities of a RN Supervisor/Unit Manager :

• Oversee and manage the nursing staff on your unit
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
• Coordinate with medical professionals to deliver optimal care
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently

Qualifications of a RN Supervisor/Unit Manager :

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Proven experience as an RN Supervisor/Unit Manager
• Responsible, ready, and eager to work
