Job Location: Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center – Natick, MA 01760 Salary Range: $37.00 – $55.00 hourly.

Night Shift, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend on‑call schedule.

Summary

The primary purpose of the Nurse Supervisor position is to provide direct nursing care to assigned residents and supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents.
• Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities of nursing assistants.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program or equivalent RN program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts.
• At least two years of RN work experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
